Thailand individually: a home in the jungle – marvellous seaview from 40 sqm unique terrace

Living in the tropics: for 2 persons, livingroom with big  terrace and seaview towards two beaches +  bedroom with kingsize bed, small kitchen, 2 bathrooms.

Location:

Upon a hill with unspoilt view towards Chaweng and Lamai Beach, walk up 60 stairs to the house, no neighbours; 5 minutes walk to several nice restaurants, five minutes driving to Lamais famous beaches and shopping area + amusing nightlife.

Equipment:

LIVINGROOM -  dining table for 4 persons + satellite-receiver, comfortable  lounge + Hifi-equipment, 2 ventilators; the wall to the huge terrace is a rolling shutter which can be kept open throughout your stay – in the tropics you only close during the monsoon-season and when storms occur.

SLEEPINGROOM – kingsize bed + big TV-set for movie-freaks, table, ventilators at the ceiling and three on the wall, always fresh air circulation due to sliding windows, aircondition is not required.

BATHROOM underneath the bedroom: Shower and sink are implemented into the rocks + ventilator at the ceiling, another small bathroom behind the kitchen.

KITCHEN -  2-flame gasstove, French filtersystem for drinking water, microwave, refridgerator, ventilator, coffee machine, dishes, glasses.

HOUSE-SERVICE -  generally self supporting – bedsheets are changed twice a week  + fresh towels are always available; cleaning woman comes once a week (on request more often) + gardener.
